This section will feature games that are set out to be released at any point during 2008 (even games that have already been released this year). This section will consist of what I like to call "anticipation posts", these posts will list out the "top 5" just like normal and will include one "what to look for" item. We make these posts in order to try and anticipate the best of something for a year, in this case it will be video games. At the end of the year we will revisit this post and make the correction as needed to see what turned out to be the best games of the year. Enjoy.

The Top 5 Most Anticipated Games of 2008

#2) StarCraft 2

Starcraft is often considered one of, if not the best, PC games of all time. Starcraft 2 promises not to disappoint. Bringing back the same game-play styles as we saw in the original, you can enjoy all of the auto attacking and rush-ins you want. The graphics for the game are just about what you would expect, there really can't be all that great of detail from the position that the screen is set in. Starcraft 2 found its way to second on the list because of Blizzard's inconsistency when it comes to making a deadline. This game is slated for Q4 of 2008 I believe--so it is possible you may not see it in 08'.
