Anyways, I don't smoke and I am not real sure how to use it, but I do know they're cool and I picked one up. So head on over to hookahtown.com and get one. Also, if you love politics, please feel free to check out my politics blog at http://mudac.com.

Anyways, Moving on. Hillary Clinton has been in the news this week as well has Obama. Both for negative reasons, it should come as no surprise that they are in the news-- but why they are in it. Hillary is in the news for assassination gate and Barack for Uncle gate, however I believe this hurts Obama worse. I remember back to when Hillary was talking about Bosnia and the sniper fire, and how she was grilled for weeks. I expect this to be no different. Non the less, Bill says that they will get the nomination--I believe him.

#5) Larry Gate/Donald Young

I am sure by now you have all heard of a guy by the name of Larry Sinclair. Larry claims that in 1999 he performed oral sex on Barack Obama and smoked crack cocaine with Barack Obama. If these accussations weren't true don't you think Obama would have come out and publicly denied them or file some kind of law suite.

#4) Lies

Just this past weekend Obama has lied, as recently as Sunday. Of course most politicians lie daily, but not blatently. These things will eventually add up and begin to hurt the campaign. The media has covered this one up, but the Republicans won't.

#3) Association With Bad People

Barack Obama has more associations with people that should be doing jail time than I have associations entirely. Ayers, Larry Sinclair, Jerimiah Wright, Tony Rezko, Rhali Odingo, Frank Marshall Davis, and more... These people should all be in jail, or at least most, excuse Mr.Sinclair. These people have communist ties, and are radical nut-cases.

#2) Unelectability

Obama's greatest weakness should be every candidates strength. You want to be able to argue to the voters "hey, I will win". Obama cannot do this. Obama is losing badly in the general now, and is getting more and more behind all of the time. If the public doesn't think you can win, they will not vote for you. Hillary has this arguement as well as McCain.

#1) Communist Ties

There is nothing worse than being tied to the likes of Davis and Ayers, but it gets worse when you are running for President. Davis and Ayers were/are endorsing communist. These two people played a huge role in the raising of Barack Obama. Did I also mention that Rhali Odinga is Obama's cousin? There is nothing the Republicans like more than running against a candidate who has communist ties I am sure.

There is just too many things to list here, I could go on--but it isn't worth the trouble. Michelle Obama will also play a major factor in the campaigns downfall, wait and see. Thanks for reading.

The Top 5 Karate Weapons

You all new that I was a ninja, did you not? So I was scrolling through 4chan earlier, if you don't know what 4chan is (here), and I came across an interesting image on random (aka /b/) that was a picture of a ninja holding a weapon that had intestines hanging from it. Well, I decided that I could somehow turn that into an awesome post about awesome weapons that can do awesome things.(rythm--it's basic stuff)So anyways, here is your top 5 karate weapons. Enjoy.

#5) The Tonfa

There is a lot of uses for these. I am 100% sure you have seen one of these at some point, in real life or on TV. This is because most likely your local cop carries one, if not definitely carries one. The first thing I think about whenever I see one of these things is how bad it would hurt to be hit right in the jugular with one of these things. However, generally speaking, I think that in karate these are used less violently. They are good for making someone fall to the ground by hitting them in the back of the knee.

#4) The Kubotan

There is a few things that come to mind when you start thinking of the Kubotan. It probably begins and ends with all of the painful things that you can do to your self or the person attacking you. The first thing I think of is a guy swinging these and hitting himself where the sun don't shine. There is many more painful things that you can do with these though, think about impaling someone in the side of the head with these things. Karate is dangerous, so I would recommend these for self defense only--never use these as a weapon, they are deadly.

#3) The Sais

With its awkward shape and its deadly sharp ends, the Sais is #3 on the list. Mostly a weapon that can be used in attacking, the sais is great for demos and competition. (As seen in the teenage mutant ninja turtles)Ok, I had to throw that in there. seriously though, I couldn't imagine shoving one of these things through someones earhole, that would be devastating. (I am sure you would win the competition)

#2) Escrima Sticks
Seriously though, I have no idea what these do. I suppose you could attempt to poke someone with them, but I don't believe that would be effective with ends that dull. So I really have no clue as to why you would want this, other than the fact that it is frikken amazing looking--hang it in your living room.

#1) Swords (all of them)

All swords are good. The end. There is too many things you can do with them, including push someone over and rip out their spleen. I especially like the katana, just because it is awesome. Swords can be used in just about any martial art form. Recommended mostly for experienced martialists though.

I hope you enjoyed the post.

Is The Obama Campaign Self-Imploding

It seems like lately that all we have heard from the media is about the situation in Iran. Personally, Obama's plan of action is not only stupid-- it is putting the entire world in danger. Talking with Iran without pre-conditions is dangerous. Iran is a ticking time bomb, and talking with them without these pre-conditions is worse than not talking at all. Now that is just one thing they are doing wrong. Now, we can argue all day about whether Obama should be the nominee-- whatever. I could care less, even being a former Democrat. Obama will not be your nominee, not because we force him out and maybe not even because he loses the nomination at the convention. Maybe there is something deeper, less publicly known plans. Obama, at this point, isn't even eligible for Presidency. He has not been cleared by national security. There is a meeting in Washington D.C. on May 22, 2008-- in other words tomorrow. This meeting is being held to discuss Obama's communist ties. The people holding this meeting have already publicly stated that they are not personally attacking Obama, they are simply laying out all known information about him that ties into communism. It is an order of national security though, I don't feel safe when I think about a country under him -- nor will I ever.

The Obama campaign has a lot of unknowns about them, like a guy by the name of Larry Sinclair (just an example). What worries me though, is that the Obama camp gets what they want by whining their way to it. I remember watching an interview of Obama a few months ago, I think it was Jan.20, but in this interview Obama is railing on Clinton. Today, or yesterday, Obama came out complaining that attacks on his wife were unfair and uncalled for. Now in light of this hippocracy, which I can over look, I can't overlook the communist feeling of it--Glenn Beck said it the best-- this is probably the most politically correct campaign in the history of the Us. The campaign is somehow distorting everything and shoving it back in everyone elses face, the media hasn't done anything about it and the voters don't care. The Obama campaign is killing itself and they have no idea how close they are to finally imploding. With huge--wait-- massive losses in key battleground states and just an decent sized victory in Oregon over the past week... where is the Obama camp going. They certainly aren't on a high, and they don't appear to be looking fresh. They haven't even met the skulls and bones society yet. The guy has no chance this November and I am starting to think neither does the party. When will people wake up!

Brett~

The Top 5 Reasons Hillary Will Be Your Nominee

Recently I have noticed that Hillary has been pushed more and more out of the race. I am someone who follows politics very closely, as most of you know, and I am angered that anyone--at any time-- would ever do this to a candidate. These people pour hours and hours of their time and effort into their campaigns. They give their heart and soul, as well as thousands of others. Disenfranchising a candidate is worse than disenfranchising a voter. There is a hundred reasons why Hillary will get the candidacy (most of which have not come out into the Mainstream Media {will be referred to as the MSM in the post}). If you are a dedicated Hillary supporter I urge you to visit http://hillaryclintonforum.net and discuss with other fellow supporters.

#5) Clinton Supporters Do Not Like Obama

I have met thousands of Hillary supporters all over America-- whether it be by forum, local gathering, or a rally-- we flat do not like Obama. I would say the number is greater than 50%... If you take a trip on over to "hillaryclintonforum.net" where there is probably 2000 members that do not like Obama, out of 2150, you will learn quickly that it is out of hand. When the fall arrives and the Obama supporters scream racism when they lose-- they will know it was their own faul and that the Clinton supporters said they would not vote for him.

#4) Clinton Suppoters Will Vote McCain

As I referred to in #5, we will leave the party. Most of us are voting for McCain, like me, or plan to write Hillary in. There is also many who will stay at home. How will the Democrats fair in the fall when half the voters for Hillary go to McCain. I don't know how you plan to replace us, unless you vote twice.

#3) Clinton Has More Votes

Whether you like it or not, the votes in Florida and Michigan do count--and the voters will be heard. Delegates, I could care less, but votes do count. Obama made a political decision when he removed his name from Michigan, and he also cheated by running ads in Florida. Hillary leads in the popular vote, she is winning the electoral map, and she is killing McCain nationally.

#2) Obama is Un-Electable

If you have seen the recent polls you would know that Obama is getting the smack put on him. He is losing big time in the electoral college, which is all that matters, and he cannot make a come back. People will flock to McCain on border control and national security. People will question Obama's ability to control the prices at the gas pump. McCain will declare victory by 10Pm on Nov. 4.

#1) Clinton Can Win In November

The most important issue for the SD's (superdelegates) should be whether or not their nominee can win in the general election. Is that not what they are there for-- is to make sure that we have a non-bogus nominee. We have already lost the last two elections, losing another will murder the Democrats (the reason I say "we" was because up until two months ago I was a Democrat). The Democratic party is bound to split on another loss, and Hillary will be leading the charge, and why shouldn't she--after all of the sexism and remarks from the Obama camp.

I think the moral of the story here is that no one wins the nomination till August. The Superdelegates have plenty of time to come to their sences. They will mull these ideas over all summer, and come to the conclusion that it is only Clinton who can truly help them.

I do encourage comments and I do moderate them (so play nice). I also would like to encourage you all to visit the foruma and have fun in the arcade.

The Top 5 Magazines Of 2008

Sorry the long distance before my posts, I have been selling the site to a friend who will be taking over. Wait though, I will still be posting articles for a while. So please keep returning. Today -- with recent articles in magazines that have been in the news-- I offer you a chance to read about the top 5 magazines of 2008.

*Views are solely of the writer*

5) Newsweeks Magazine

News week magazine has been around for as long as I, or any of you can remember. With very consistent news and great stories. Whether you are looking for sports, weather, you name it... It is in there.

#4) ESPN: The Magazine

Get all of your sports news and updates. I am currently subscribed to this magazine myself. It is always reliable and tackles a lot of news that isn't yet covered or may not have been previously covered. I would also, if sports interest you, recommend Sporting News and Sports Illustrated (also both very fine magazines).

#3)Maxim: Magazine

One of the few magazines just for men, other than health, that are left. If you liked this then you would also probably enjoy Stuff magazine, which are both very similar in stories and celebrities. As you can tell by the cover, it has got lots of pictures of pretty women, and has stories covering everything from the weather outside to sports to government. If you want it, you got it. I am currently subscribed to Maxim myself.

#2)Fantasy and Science Fiction Magazine

I love myself some science fiction. This magazine is excellent, especially if your a nerd like me. You get the latest book reviews, the best news stories, and articles about the future in science.

#1)The Globe: Magazine

Oh yes, my favorite tabloid. I pick one of these babies up very often at the local Wal-Mart. I probably lose a lot of money by not subscribing too. If you have read the newest article about Barack Obama, if you are familiar with Larry Sinclair, I bet you would be a return purchaser.

There is my top 5 list. My apologies for taking so long without a new article and plan on another one in the next 24-36hrs. Please return.

The Top 5 Reasons GTA IV Was A Disappointment

We all have already began to sink our teeth into what was possibly the most anticipated game of all time. Everyone likes the GTA franchise and it is obvious by how well it is selling. There was a few flaws, not many, but just enough to make you rethink the purchase.

#5) Offers Low End Graphics

You play the game and you feel as if you are playing GTA III all over again, only now, in the current generation, it isn't exciting because 1) you have done this before and 2) it offers the same thing over and over again 3) the graphics only improved a little (in terms of what was capable). The game offered graphics that were just "ok", nor amazing nor crap, which is fine as long as the game is good.

#4) It Did Not Revolutionize

It really isn't fair to compare any game to GTA III, but after experiencing GTA III for the first time-- you came away with this great feeling that the gaming world was changing for the better. With GTA IV I don't get that feeling-- it feels rehashed, rushed, and repetitive. I like my games to be different, or more should I say "evolving"--like I had not ever experienced anything like it. If I don't get this experience the game is either a sequal, shovelware, or a movie game.

#3) Horrible Car Physics

This is a serious beef that I have with this game. The cars are all over the place, you can be driving straight down the highway and the car will come right out from under you. Most people would think that this was no big deal but, WHEN THE NAME OF YOUR GAME IS "GRAND THEFT AUTO" I EXPECT THE CARS TO DRIVE LIKE CARS AND NOT JET SKI'S.

#2) Repetitive

The games offer what I like to call "changing replays". Which is basically "I killed a cop and he chased me, I was eventually cought after destroying the town" then 5 minutes later the same thing will happen again only this time in a different part of town. Eventually, it may be an hour, you will get bored and turn your console off.

#1) Same Old Stuff

I think it was 1 1/2 days ago that I posted the 5 things GTA IV lacked, and it was a fairly well accepted article, but I went over the 5 things I though the game was missing. Well I am hammering this issue a crap ton then because I hate games that offer nothing new accept the look (which is only moderately different) and the story line (which is the best part of GTA IV), give me something new to do. Let me go walk around the city selling hot dogs, or let me own a store that sells porn. I don't care what it is, just give me something new!

I hope you enjoyed my list, by for now!

The Top 5 Things GTA IV Lacks

We all know there is a ton--wait, no-- two tons of things that GTA IV lacks. A part from a didgeridoo, which should be in every video game, it lacked some serious features that every GTA lover would hope for. Here are the top 5 features I missed.

#5) Eco-Friendly Cars

After playing GTA IV for several hours, I determined that the cars in the game are not what I would call "eco-friendly". In fact, a few of the cars are so bad off that you can taste the tail pipe when you start the car. The people of Liberty City really need to start moving in the direction of bio-fuels, or I will lose interest in their game.

#4) Zombies

Everyone knows that a massive zombie outbreak could happen any day, and that zombies are already everywhere they can be. If a game lacks zombies, does it not lack real world credibility? It was an unfortunate turn of events and I hope they fix it if there is a GTA V.

#3) Choose Your Own Path

Most choose your own path games add a great variable that just wasn't created with GTA IV. You had one constant, you always follow the same set path--the user cannot alter it at all. With a choose your own path you could become good or take out your boss. Who knows, but at at least it would add some flexibility and depth to the game.

#2) Accessible Buildings

I am tired of fake buildings, why don't you just carve out an empty map rockstar? Seriously, the buildings are fake--no stores, no restraunts, and no Microsoft? Are you kidding me? You take years to develope a game and all you can do is make a select few buildings accessible? I want to be walking through a mall taking no prisoners. Or I may want to stop in a pizza parlor and grab a bite to eat.

#1) Interactive Life

Most people would argue that this would ruin the game. So I would suggest that if it was added, that it be optional. You should have an interactive life-- a girl friend, kids, and a job-- These are variables. Say you get tired of running errands for the boss, you can go get a job. You could have a girl friend, probably with GTA you could abuse her, kill her--whatever. A dependent would be optional, because I think kids truly would ruin the entire plot.

There is a lot more features that are missing, but I do not think some of them are completely necessary. If GTA plans to survive though, it better add something new to 5 that will make me more likely to buy it.

The Top 5 Reasons Obama Cannot Seperate From Wright

If you watch the news at all, ever. You will have heard about reverand Wright and his relations with Barack Obama. Well today Obama came out and attempted to "disown" Wright. I do not believe this worked, there is several reasons why. Here is your top 5 reasons why Barack Obama cannot seperate from reverand Wright.

#5) Obama Called Wright An "Uncle"

If you remember, several weeks ago in Pennsylvania, Obama came out and gave a speech which refered to Wright as an "uncle" and compared him like family. "I can no more disown reverand Wright than my own family". If he is family and you claim you will not disown him, then what will you do with the American people who you refer to as family in your campaign. Are you going to disown them too?

#4) Attended Trinity For 16 Years

In the few sermons we have seen Wright give we have heard nothing but ridiculous and outrageous comments. Since we have seen him make these comments every time we see his sermon, what should make us think he wasn't making these comments once out of the 16 years Obama attended this church. I think something stinks of political expediency in Obama's words.

#3) Wright Baptised and Be-wed Obama

If Obama thought highly enough of Wright to allow him to wed him with his wife and baptise his children then who is to say he doesn't agree with Wright. Obviously there was some kind of 'friendly' relationship going on there.

#2) Knew Wright For 20 Years

Obama knew this guy for 20 years, before he even attended the church. Obama has made several appearances with Wright and has been seen a lot in the church. Wright has been consistend and it is safe to assume he will stay that way.

#1) Took Too Long To Respond

This guy should have been denounced the first time. Why would Obama wait till the going got tough. Is it not kind of weird that he would wait till Wright actually came out on TV to denounce him. If Obama was against his first comments then he should have disowned him then, instead he waited until Wright was politically threatening. Which makes me believe he was leaving him only for political reasons.

Ty, hope you enjoyed it. If you disagree, then tell me on the forums. I will be waiting. Discuss it here: http://qtions.com/smf/index.php?topic=80.0

The Top 5 Reasons To Own A Didgeridoo

I have received approximately 0 emails asking for this top 5 list, and this shocks me!So I have come today to write about a didgeridoo. A didgeridoo is an Australian instrument in the wind family. If you do not know what a didgeridoo is then you can watch the following video.

#5) You can make a didgeridoo out of pvc pipe

While this may not sound like a great reason to own one, imagine all of things you can do with a piece of pvc pipe. It isn't only that though, pvc pipe is really cheap and can be picked up at your local hardware store. Instead of carving out an entire wooden one, you can just go buy one. Although it is cooler to own an actual didgeridoo...

#4) Culturization

This amazing Australian instrument brings its own culture. It is a very popular instrument in the country, and it isn't uncommon for people to play them in the streets. You have to respect it for that.

#3) Didgeridoos Make You Better At Halo

I know what your thinking, how in the hell does that work? Well, that is because it doesn't. I made it up. Didgeridoos make you more awesome, and that awesomeness has to transfer to video games, congratulations--you know my theory.

#2) Didgeridoos Are Hard Rocking

If you have ever heard that distinct sound a didgeridoo lets out then you would know that it rocks harder than any other instrument on the face of the planet. Everyone loces themselves some hard rock, so go out and buy a didgeridoo and rock out on your block.

#1) Didgeridoos Are Awesome

If you want to be the coolest kid in school you have to own a didgeridoo. You find me one cool person in this known universe who doesnt own a didgeridoo and I will do a triple backflip standing still. Nothing is cooler than a didgeridoo... nothing.

I hope you enjoyed my post, dont forget to comment-- or you can contact me on my forum via post. Also, if you havent yet--you can check out my arcade which can be found on the home page. The year 2008 has a lot to be known by--if you like games, politics, or whatever else it may be, you are probably finding something strange. The year began with a twist and will go out with a bang... or will it? Here is your top 5 reasons 2008 will be remembered forever!

#5) Everything Else

If you have paid attention to the news as of late you have probably heard about the recent merger between Delta and Northwest Airlines, a relatively strange deal that created the worlds largest airline company. That isn't the only business deal though! What about Yahoo! and Microsofts potential deal or Yahoo! and Google's agreement. Think about Nascar where we will see several teams probably merge this season. Mergers are everywhere! What about the wacky sports, the Giants--the worlds most overrated football team beat the perfect Patriots?. Anything and everything is happening! 2008 will be an unforgetable year, and there is more than just obvious reasons why!

#4) Gaming

As much as I love gaming, and I do love it, there is more important things going on in the world this year--so this will be placed in 4th sadly. Just take a look at the list of amazing titles in 2008, I dare you, now tell me that it isn't an incredible line-up making for one of the best years in gaming history. In fact, if you deny this, I will ultimately shun you. This isn't just your average year though, there is something for everyone-- just look at my top 5 games of 2008 list. Spore, GTA IV, MGS4, Starcraft 2, Halo Wars, gears of War 2, *50 other goodens'*. This is the year of the gamer, and you will know it soon enough.

#3) Foreign Affairs

Overseas has become one of the most important issues in 2008, look around, we are at war, China is a growing threat, and people are dying. We need to get the situation under control because eventually this could lead to world war. Essentially, we have the Olympics in Bejing and thousands (if not millions) opposing it. We will remember 2008 for more than just the things that happened in America.

#2) Economy

Any year but a Presidential Election year this would have made the list at #1. The economy is being murdered, strike that, has already deceased. We are in a "slow down" (due to technicalities re-defining the term "recession") but in reallity we are in a recession. Things are looking down-- you have rising gas prices, rising food prices, rising cost of living (electricity, water, satellite, whatevah). We can no longer be like this and unless the Bush administration realizes our true needs (essentially we need to raise taxes and subsidize the farmers). Getting off track but, if we raise taxes we will -- a) add money to the economy -- b) help pay back our national debt (or at least keep it from going up)which will eventually make the dollar more valuable. If we subsidize our farmers it will drive down food costs and help us better our selves in such categories as alternative fuel. The economy will make 2008 remembered forever.

#1) Politics

There is nothing more important that will happen this year than the presidential election. Already we are seeing a great showing in the primaries. An election can change the world. An election can make your life as good as it gets or complete hell, and those are just a couple reasons why this is more important. If we elect a good president then we can relieve ourselves of the national debt and get our economy back on track, they will be remembered forever. If we elect a bad president who only makes things worse, they will be remembered forever. Elections are almost always unforgettable, because they change your life in so many different ways.

I hope you enjoyed the list, feel free to comment below or post in my forum(recommended).

The Top 5 Reasons Hillary Should Get The Nomination

I'm Back! For those of you who follow me on a daily basis, I have missed over the past 2 days... This will not happen again hopefully. I have been having some troubles with my file trasfers and have been working on an update to the site. I know you all have been anxiously awaiting my quick return, and returned I have. I will be posted daily once more.
Anyways, I am sure you guys did not care to read that^ :D. So today we will discuss politics, I decided this would be a nice way to come back to my blog. So--yesterday I went out and donated to the Hillary Clinton campaign. It was a feeling of accomplishment too. I really want her to win, she is the only candidate who can turn this country around mind you. Which is why she will end up with the Democratic nomination. I will go ahead and do 6 reasons for this one... I think they all have their importance.

#6) Can Obama Put Someone Away

Obama had his chance after Iowa, he then had a chance on Super Tuesday, then he had a chance in Ohio and Texas, and then he had a chance in Pennsylvania ... If this guy cannot put her away after that many chances, what makes you think that he can put McCain away in one chance? I think that we need someone running who can fight back, not someone who can give it back.

#5) Hillary's Voters

The people that are voting for Hillary Clinton are the hardnosed Decmocrats who stand by their word. There is a growing concern among the SuperDelegates that a good chunk of people voting for Hillary will vote for McCain before Obama. I really, off the top of my head, cannot come up with a reason as to why they would do this other than race. Which isn't a good excuse at all I might add. I think though that these Democrats are also a little bit concervative and when you see this guy coming in who plans to change everything-- that doesn't bode well for the voters. We cannot
have 15% voting Democrats or 30% of Hillary's voters missing the general election, or worse--voting for McCain, come November. It hurts the party and it will be a tough uphill battle if we are missing them.

#4) Leads Popular Vote

When you tack on Florida and Michigan Hillary leads in the popular vote. These votes do count as votes, whether or not they will count for delegates is stil to be determined though. The popular vote, in most peoples eyes, is more important than the delegates anyways. Especially in Democrats eyes... almost every one of us was arguing the point of the popular vote when Al Gore lost in 2000, so denying that you do not think popular vote is important would be hippocritical.

#3) Obama Outspent/Sourced Hillary

It is nearly indeniable that money has played a factor in this race. Obama has outspent Hillary in nearly every state across the board. Obama has recieved 190$ million in donations to Hillary's 160$ million. That is a huge--huge--difference. Obama outspent Hillary in Pennsylvania by a ratio of 12$ million to 4$million (or 3 to 1). If you cannot seriously tell me that that did not make a difference-- please just stay away from the polls. When you spend that much more than your opponent you should win, anything short of that should be considered embarrassing.

#2) Hillary Has Won The Big States
Let's face it, come November we need California-Texas-Ohio-Pennsylvania-New York- New Jersey-Florida-Michigan-Massachussetts. Those are heavily populated states that carry a large amount of delegates, and other than those there really isn't many "big" states left. Sure Obama can win the farmer states like Kansas that will go Republican in the fall, but Hillary can win
the states that will be "battlegrounds" come this fall. Also, how many Idaho's make a California. don't think it is likely you can win without New York-Texas-California-Ohio-Pennsylvania... so Obama has a huge issue

#1) Hillary Has The Experience

I love how the Obama camp keeps playing Hillary off as if she didn't do anything the entire time she was First Lady.Yeah I am sure she just sat there and watched as her health care plan magically wrote itself up *rolls eyes*. Might I throw some other things at you and see what sticks? Bosnia aside--that was a fluke--Hillary has been all over the place. Working with religious leaders and diplomats alike. Hillary went door to door in Massachusetts in the 80's trying to talk kids thinking of dropping out into staying with school. Whether or not you consider that diplomacy or not is debatable, but what is not is the experience that came a long with it. It is not just talking to the kids and getting to know them, she was able to learn about the peoples needs. It has helped her in understanding the nations needs, especially in the education department.
Which is up a creek right now, right along with our economy. Speaking of economy, I wonder how Obama will get by without raising taxes while attempting to put money in a fund for people who get themselves into bad loans, let the people figure it out for themselves. They should not have accepted the loan if they couldn't afford it, predatory or not.

While there is still probably more reasons I could go over, economy-war-whatevah... I do not think that is necessary. For a couple of reasons though, 1) you have already mulled over their positions on the issues and 2) it would bore you to go over a couple paragraphs of position differences, why they are better-- what have you. While I still think that we are on a horrible path in our economy that is going to take years and years to reverse, I also believe there is a quick fix. If we subsidize the farmers and everything we can to increase American food production it will drive down the extra costs of food and will help in the production of Ethanol.

I hope you liked my list for today, if you need to comment--like always, just go check out my forum or comment below.
you can also email me at braane_1@Hotmail.com

~Brett

The Top 5 Reasons This Article Sucks

Wow... there has been some slow news lately. I can't seem to come up with many ideas, although I have been improving the user interface and we are getting closer to the launch of my new homepage found at http://qtions.com. So today I have a special article for you... we call this one "the top 5 reasons this article sucks". You may find the following information offensive so be warned.

#5) There is Music Playing In My Ear

How in the world do you expect me to type this article up with music playing in my ear. I am a multi-tasker and every couple minutes I will start rambling on for no good reason because I got a pair of headphones on my head with 3 doors down as loud as I can play it.

#4) Pennsylvania Primary

I am sure this may come as no shocker, but the closer it gets the more they seem to 'newsify' it. Well, I have written a lot about politics and that's fine and all. You guys probably would just go turn on your tv if you wanted to hear about it though. Or you may just find yourself listening about the Pope... who knows. Which brings me to my next point...

#3) The Pope

Ok, I think it's great that people have a religion--they are free to do so. I just cannot stand that you people follow around this guy like he is a God, oh wait--that is because you think he is "Vicar of Christ" or representative of Christ. What I do not understand though, what makes him more important. I want evidence that this guy is so much more worthy than you, me, or anyone else. Furthermore this guy is a complete jerk who's views are so flawed I cannot stand it. His stances on things such as abortion, others religion, and race is just completely absurd. Anyways, the point I make here is that he has been the only thing on tv as of late so I really haven't had time to post.

#2) Polygamy is Cool

Another thing you have all been hearing lately in the news is about polygamy in confined areas. I firmly believe that polygamy should be allowed, with exceptions. I do not believe that a 15yr old should be married to a 50yr old, and I do not believe 13yr olds should be getting pregnate by these 50yr olds. I think though, if there is three or more people--adults-- they can do as they please, why should we get to say whether or not they all go get married. They are clearly old enough to decide on their own and the government should just stay out.

#1) Slow News/Over Used Topics

Lately the news has consistently talked about 3 things--polygamist ranch in Texas, Ratzinger, and the Pennsylvania Primary. These things are all very touchy subjects for people, so I decided I would pack how I felt into one quick top 5 list. Trying pretty hard not to offend anyone, while making it clear my points of view. Anyways, you know it's a slow news week when they talk more about 3 things then all the other news stories combined. Which is why I will watch Robbin Meade this morning.

In other news, the site is going to be going through some changes over the next couple of days. If you would like to argue any of the points above I will be on the forum, post here. I would also like you to take part in the poll on whether or not I should add an arcade to the site (here). I am not real sure I will be posting much over the next week, will be busy working on the site. So please stay with me.

~Brett

The Top 5 Reasons You Should Stick To The PS2

The console war has been raging on for some time now. People still want to know; what console should I buy? Well I have to tell you-- the answer to this one is quite the simple one. There is only one console for you this year, and that is the PS2. Here is your top 5 reasons.

#5) Games Library

The game library for the PS2 is much much much larger than all of the other consoles... combined. You can never go wrong with the thousands of games for the PS2 and there is a little something for everyone, whether it's the classics or something newly released.

#4) Other Consoles Shifting Price

Why invest in another console when its price could be dropping in the near future. Of course the prices will be dropping for the rest of its life, but not as much later on. I would rather hold out on paying for a new console.

#3) Console War

The console war is still raging on, it is anyones game. I am less interested in buying consoles when there is no clear victors. You see, I am predicting at this point a new Xbox by late 2009 or early 2010. I will also be predicting an early exit from the Wii in 2010. I firmly believe that if there is any doubt at all that a console is leaving a race then you probably don't want to buy it.

#2) Cheap Games

Purchase Madden 2008 for $30 on the PS2 or $60 on the PS3/xbox360/wii. I will take the 30$ copy thank you. All of the games released to the PS2 are $30 or less, that is a huge bargain. Where as if you plan to purchase a new release for any other consoles expect the $60 price tag.

#1) Cheap

The best feature of the PS2 is its amazing price point. What is it now $120? That is a cheap thrill that offers more than consoles with price points 3 times as high. There is a lot less risk involved too, no worrying about early dropouts. It also appeals to people fearing bricked consoles, if you have owned a 360... you know what I am talking about.

The Top 5 Reasons To Own GTAIV On PS3

If you are still up in the air as to which console you plan to buy for GTA I have compiled a top 5 list for you. April 29th is drawing closer and closer and many of you are still deciding which console you will buy or what console you will buy the game for(for 360 and PS3 owners). So here if your top 5 reasons to go ahead and get it for the PS3.

#5) Free Online

You probably have already been lulling over the gameplay it offers not only from a console stand-point, but a online prospective too. You will not be disappointed with the standards of the PSN. You get PSN for free and it offers good quality. So for those of you who plan to spend long hours and potentially months online, you may want to budge for the PS3 due to the costly Xbox-Live.

#4) Special Bundle

Ok so this is probably a bit overhyped, but you have to love the box. It also makes it a lot easier to grab up a copy if you live in Europe where this will surface on launch day. These are a great addition to any collection, and there will not be many people owning that particular edition.

#3) Processes

This will be a very important deciding factor, mark it down. The PS3 has the cell broadband processor which contains 8 cores (essentially 2 quad-cores), while the 360 only sports 3 cores. This is going to be a very big difference, with more processes comes less lag and less processor strain. The PS3's version of GTA will run smoother than the 360's.

#2) Graphical Capabilites

While most people disagree and make the claim that the 360 offes just as good, if not better graphics than the PS3, I still have a firm belief that the PS3 offers the superior graphical capabilities. With that being said, I also believe that you will have to wait a year or so more before you completely see the difference. I think though that GTA on the PS3 will be a step in the right direction graphics wise. Point and case, the developers making games have had a lot more time to work with the Xbox360 than they have for the PS3, try over a year. The capabilities on both sytems are still trying to be maximized though, until both are completely maxed up we will not see a clear victor. Developers for both systems have claimed that the PS3 has the better graphics capabilities, I am paraphrasing "we just learn to optimise in different ways for the PS3".

#1) Blu-Ray

This is probably the best argument the PS3 sports. Overall though, we really have a lot of unknowns with this game. For 360 owners the big questions are, will we have just 1 disc or 2,3... for PS3 owners it is "will I be getting as good of content as 360 owners", but I think the real question here will be; which game is bigger? If they are both equal then those poor 360 owners will be swapping discs halfway through town. If the downloadable content is going to be as big as supposed 'the size of san andreas' how is there any way on Earth that this game stores on one DVD. In which case the PS3 absolutely slaughters the Xbox360.

Hey guys, sorry for the slow updates... I have been working on updates for the site. I hope you all enjoyed my article. The people that make the economy turn have been given favor after favor by our government and it raises the question "do we want an elite President". Well in my honest opinion, the Presidents that are supporting big business are the presidents hurting our economy the most. Now let me get off track here for a second while I explain the definition of an "elite", an elite is described as follows; "a select group of people with outstanding personal abilities, intellect, wealth, specialized training or experience, or other distinctive attributes — are those whose views on a matter are to be taken the most seriously or carry the most weight; whose views and/or actions are most likely to be constructive to society as a whole; or whose extraordinary skills, abilities or wisdom render them especially fit to govern". Ok, now that we got that out of the way, let's get right to the list.

#5) Ivy Leagues/Social Upbringings

I did some research, although I did not have to look far it turns out, the last 3 presidents we have had (including the current one) have went to an Ivy league school. An Ivy League school has developed its own connotation, it used to be known only as a conference in sports, and it now means "a school with academic excellence, selectivity in admissions, and a reputation for social elitism". Ok so let us think about this for a second, we complain about the elitism that is our politics today... yet our last three Presidents have all been to a school known for "social elitism". When you know that they are of the "elitist" group and you still elect them then why on Earth would you expect it to change. Every president we have had over the past 100 years has also had a social upbringing that has allowed them to excel and get to the top, we are talking about people with finances just not possible for the average American here. These people had parents in the government and a clear path to success.

#4) Big Time Jobs

The people who are elected President don't come from farms down south, they come from families that had enough money to pay for full college and get themselves darn good jobs. We are talking about Lawyers, Oil Company Owners(big business), and religious leaders(not that requires college necessarily). No normal person can consistently compete on these levels not financially nor socially.

#3) Who Else?

If you don't put an elitist in office who else are you going to put there? There is only so many qualified "non-elites" and most of these people are content with where they are at. Elites also bring a good background and nice education along with themselves. It always looks nice when the President has a 4.0 at Yale, whether he paid for it or not.

#2) Money

Once Again, who will be able to compete on a financial scale. I am not talking just about "oh who can buy their way through college", alright let's assume you completed college, now what? Let me tell you right now, no one is going to completely fund your campaign if your new and they have never heard of you. In the case that you come from a poor family, you probably aren't going there. So now where to? Campaigns are expensive things, millions of dollars expensive; even on a state level. You have to have money to put yourself in position or it will never happen, it's a sad fact.

#1) Populist Candidates

Right now, in the eyes of most, there is only really one clear populist candidate. By clear I mean that they haven't really been labeled as an "elitist" and that is Hillary Clinton; even she went to an Ivy League though. The only problem is, I think she has probably gotten herself into to deep of a hole to climb out of. The populist approach probably won't work at this stage of the game anyways due to other news coverage and limited campaign funds. Throughout history though there really hasn't been that many "people's Presidents". I don't see this trend bucking either, I would hate to break it to you.

The elitist group probably isn't going away, and for good reason. I think it all boils down to whether or not the people actually know the facts though.

If you liked what I blogged you can digg it or bookmark it below. If you have not heard of this game, you will. I have already wrote 1 article over it and you can find that Here. I love the look of this game, and if you like the Sims you will likely be interested in this one too. Here are your top 5 reasons Spore will be the game of the year.

#5) Sellability

Normally you will not factor in the sellability of a game too much when considering honors of game of the year, but this is a different type of game. The game offers something for everyone big or small, young or old. The gameplay just looks fun, especially when you start to realize that you get to make the game. People will flock to this game, and normally when a game sells well it will be more publicized for game of the year.

#4) Large Amount Of Material

Spore offers years of gameplay and it will keep you entertained for a long time. Whether you are building a universe or a single town, or just a creature, you will have too much to work with. The game offers the ability to build towns, universes, creaturs, whatever it is you just name it. The game also allows for modifications, like all pc games, to create different species and the likes.

#3) Entertainment

With such a vast amount of things to do, you will always be entertained. Tired of working on a house? Live in it. Tired of building the cars? Drive them. Did you make some characters? Go fight with them. Did you build several planets? Populate them. I promise with this game there will be fun for hours and hours and hours and... you get the point.

#2) Innovasion

No game ever created before this one has offered such a large amount of things to do. The game will bring an entire new look towards video games, suddenly developers will be looking deeper into what they make--saying "well what extra can we do here". This game takes development to a whole new level, with so many processes at once and so many different things to do. Spore from a technical standpoint allows you to develop your own species from the ground up, basically you get to decide how the species evolves, how they live, where they live, add weapons, and much more. Your character will begin out as a tiny cell and you will build up the species from there.

#1) Online Play? Say What?

Thats right, this game doesn't stop just at the end of your imagination... the game just begins with your imagination. The game will feature online play(kind of), the online capabilities allow you to access other players databases of creatures, planets, or whatever. This feature will make the game extremely versatile and will be a big selling point come this fall.

For some reason the digg button only works in the seperate article... so if you want to Digg this make sure you are reading it on the seperate page instead of the main page.

The Top5 Reasons This Is A Harsh Console War

A largely debated topic since the beginning of the conole war has been--why is there a console war at all? Well there really is a lot of hate floating around, and it is coming from all the systems. People are trolling and pointlessly arguing. I have decided to list the top 5 reasons this has been a harsh console war and will continue to be.

#5) Video Games Growing Popularity

When video games were first release we really didn't see such a divide in fans. The divide was there, just not as much. With video games ever growing popularity though, it has become almost a ritual to support one side of the fence or the other. This may be due to a mass amount of people who now play video games. If you were to throw two people in a ring who completely hated each other-- one guy likes Sony and the other guy likes Nintendo-- they probably will begin to dislike the other persons favorite company, that is just how it works. So with more people you get more hate.

#4) Different Types Of Systems

Today is a lot different with consoles, instead of just really two main companies--you have 3. If you look back to the late 80's - early 90's, the main two companies were Sega and Nintend. Then in the mid 90's - late 90's it was Nintendo and Sony, although Sega was there they were in serious decline. Then for a few years it was kind of dominance by only Sony, 2000-2002. Then we suddenly had Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft all in a console battle, the exception here though is that Nintendo and Microsoft were playing catch-up and it never really became a contest. Now though, all three consoles were released within a year of each other roughly. This in turn has made no large gap in sales and little time to make a decisions. Now though we have the Wii which is such a different style of play which attracts different people, then we have a Xbox360 which attracts the people looking for the in-between experience with good online play, and finally we have a PS3 which offers a great high-definition experience and hardcore gameplay. When you have 3 different types of gaming you will normally get people choosing that one category and defending it, normally leading to arguments.

#3) The Internet? :O

Yes, that is right. I believe the internet has spun this console race into a war. Back when there was the NES the internet was used so little that no one could express the way they felt, and up until 10 years ago it would have been hard to find the message boards filling with information about the console war like they do today. If there is one thing that communities and forum boards do it is that they make people post their feelings. One disagreement on a forum board can lead to a never ending flame war, people 20 years ago wouldn't have the first clue as to what you were talking about if you claimed you had a flame war.

#2) Fan Boys

Today is a different type of console war, people go out of their ways to put on t-shirts or dress up as their favorite game character to show what team they are for. People are prowling forum boards telling everyone how great their console is and how bad the others are... just to show who they support. Put your frikken favorite console in your forum signature and forget posting, posting leads to flame wars and useless arguing. What does anyone else care what console you support anyways, I mean seriously--why should your opinion make anyone elses any different?

#1) Competition

The competition these consoles have brought to the table takes me back to the early 90's when Sega and Nintendo were battling it out. At this point in the console war any console still has a legitimate chance at winning the battle, all of the consoles are still fairly close. The closer the competition the more likely you are to argue over what console should win, who will lose, and what the better console is. Having said that, I think that these posts are important to the console race and that we need these kind of posts without the negative.

The Top 5 Reasons You Should Play MMORPG's

I love MMO's, cannot help it. You all have probably played them youselves. There still is a lot of you who are unknown to this realm and would like to know a few good reasons to play MMORPG's though. So I am going to make you a top 5 list giving the reasons as to why you should play them. For the most part though, all rpg's are different in some way so... the information I am presenting will mostly be refering to all of the mainstream MMORPG's such as; WOW (World Of Warcraft), Runescape (a slightly different type of RPG because there is no set path), and Guild Wars. There are others, and those were just a few examples.

#5) Character Development

One of the great things about playing rpg's is that you get to choose where your character goes and if you do not like where they went you can just turn around to try a different route. You get complete control of your character and have a lot of different variations as to what you can do.

#4) Competition

We all love a good competition. We like to beat our friends and have a higher level than the other people playing, and that is a thrill. There is tons of people who are always playing and the competition is endless. Depending on what your playing there is probably thousands of new people weekly (World of Warcraft especially) who you can contend with to gain the highest skills.

#3) Community

If you are just looking for a game to go and hang out on every couple days with your friends; maybe go kill a few things or go out into pvp zones. You will never be disappointed, with over 9million people on World of Warcraft now the possibilities of friends, clans, or hang outs are endless.

#2) Long Playing Time

With MMO's there is so many things to do that it will take you months to get to the top. There is hundreds of hours required to be the best and even then you still have lots of things you can do. With things like pvp--even when you are the best there is still something left to do.

#1) Updates

MMO's offer so much versatility in things to do, and most even offer a weekly update. These updates allow for new material, places, armor, or whatever to be added on a weekly basis and so you can never actually beat the game. There is so much potential material that every MMO is just about worth every penny.

Thank you for taking the time of day to come over and read my article. I must say, the situation in Bejing is a bit ridiculous. Let them hold the olympics, it isn't going to change anything anyways. Starting the road to peace with China is the first step in the right direction anyways. This all leads to the same question though, how does China hurt the US anyways. Here is your top 5 reasons for today.

#5) Growing Military, Rampant Growth

The Chinese population is as large as anywhere else in the world, and they continue to grow more and more every year. The Chinese population grows almost 20 million people a year. Yes, that is correct, 1/15 of the US's population every year. If China continues to grow at these rates it will not be too hard for them to build up a military large enough to take over not only the US, but possibly the world. When your country is over 1/6, almost 1/5, of the population--these things tend to happen. One really big potential problem for all countries, not just the US, and little time to fix it.

#4) Allied Countries Face a Hostile Take-Over

Since the take-over of Tibet, a big question on peoples mind has been--how far will the Chinese go? With neighboring countries such as India and Malaysia, which China clearly wants Malaysia, how far can we really let the Chinese go before the US steps in? Do we let them send their military's in? Do we let them start taking over the government? Do we let them nuke them!? China shows a clear dislike of India and a great interest in Malaysia. China, after taking over Tibet, pretty much has put themselves into position to take over other countries. How far will it go before we say enough is enough?

#3) Horrible Working Areas

The people of China have horrible working areas. There is all kinds of horrible chemicals like lead and benzene. People stand on assembly lines in hot factories without proper protection to earn pennies a day. People who normally work at these factories are women and children who try to work to help support their families.

#2) Low Wages

The US cannot compete with the wages of China. Since China's wages are so low it drives down prices and the US employers are forced to pay at least the minimum wage, we (the American people) are forced to buy lead painted cheap products that doesn't help our own economy to buy. If the US wants to keep us out of recession they will either tell China to add a minimum wage or we will stop dealing with them, or we will add millions of dollars in trade tariffs to everything shipped here.

#1) No Trade Tariffs

One of the few things that bugs me about the way the government handles things (which there is a lot of things) is that we do not apply tariffs to countries that have sweatshops or "EPZ's" (Export Processing Zones) and they get by with making huge profits of cheap junk that payed their employee's nothing and does squat for our economy. A trade tariff of a several million dollars per ship would put huge pressure on China to either raise the minimum wage of their workers or pay millions up front every time they want to ship something.

Right now China is one of the largest contributing factors to how bad the US economy is. With a looming recession and the housing crisis, I think it is time we did something about it.

If you have any questions concerning this post or any other post feel free to email me. This will be my 50th post unofficially. Over the past few days I consistently hammered the issue of a console war, so lets continue the theme. The console so far has been somewhat of a suprise to a lot of people(including me). So I thought I would go over why I believe it will be short lived. Here is your top 5 reasons you can forget a long console war.

#5) The Wii's Faddish Nature

If there is one obvious aspect to this argument it has got to be the faddish nature of the Wii. The entire concept behind the console is a gimmick. Generally speaking though, gimmicky products normally come to an end... unless of course, we are talking about "bluetooth" which is like the biggest gimmick ever. Ok off track here. The Wii's reign will be short lived is my point here.

#4)The Xbox360 Is Already Fading

Fading-our word of the day. The Xbox360 is starting to become transparent. When you talk about big games, you think about the PS3. When you want to think about having fun you think of the Wii. When it comes to the Xbox360, what comes to mind? Probably a few images of Halo and the Xbox360 Dashboard. Sure, or so they say, the Xbox360 has a targeted fan base of the "core" gamer. In all seriousness though, it just doesn't have its "niche" publicly identified.

#3) The Xbox360's Lack Of Support

The only real area the 360 has any influence in is the US. Everywhere else except for maybe Europe, which it tends to do well there, it has struggled. One of the common known factors to a console war is that you have a good foothold in Japan. It just is not happening for the Xbox360, which is why I believe you will see a new Xbox by the end of 2009.

#2) The Wii Should Have A Short Life

The Wii was an obvious filler for Nintendo. The Wii was made with old technology and a lack of features. You cannot get a high definition experience or watch a blu-ray movie. So for obvious reasons, I believe the Wii will be out of market here in the next 2 years. Nintendo had their short term fix, which made them enough money. Now they need to get themselves back into contention.

#1) PS3's Great Potential

The PS3 is the one console that I can see lasting forever. It offers a quality High definition player and the HD experience to boot. Sony's huge fan base and great featurs mixed in with good games make it the console that can last for the next 5 or 6 years.

I will personally estimate an end to this console war by 2010. The Wii will be finding its way out of the market and a new Xbox360 will have arrived. I am here to post now. Apparently Yahoo! and AOL are close in a joint deal between the two (find the article here). It is highly recommended you read that article before we begin so you will understand what is going on. Yahoo was dumb the first time they avoided the Microsoft offer, now they are looking in different directions. They have proposed ad deals with Google and are working on a joint program with AOL, but these just aren't smart for their company or good for the shareholders. Here is your top 5.

#5) Google Is Better Off If Yahoo Doesn't Sell To Microsoft

The last thing Yahoo should want to do with this deal is help out their leading competitor, Google. Google already holds 68% of the market, and Yahoo only has an estimated 20% of the search market. If Yahoo does not sell to Microsoft Google still holds onto their share and is better off for it.

#4) Yahoo-Google Threaten Monopoly On Market

The possible deal between Yahoo and Google could potentially yield a monopoly. Google would essentially hold 90% of the market, give or take a few percentages. Not only would this cripple Microsoft, it would make it hard for any company to gain ground. This would be frowned on by many people and make life difficult for thousands of other search engines. We all remember the AT&T monopoly and it ended badly for them, and it will probably end bad for Google and Yahoo.

#3) AOL Doesn't Appeal To Shareholders

AOL holds roughly 1 percent of the search engine market. Yahoo's potential joint deal with them wouldn't really help them all that much in the search market and would leave them dry of materials. AOL just isn't as big as Microsoft an never will be.

#2) Microsoft Has Tools Other Companies Don't

Microsoft, if one thing is certain, has some of the best developers in the world. These also have the tools and materials needed to have a successful company. Microsoft offers something AOL doesn't and that is tools and money.

#1) Microsoft Won't Be Paying More

Microsoft will not be expanding on this offer I would doubt, let's face it-- they could go to the shareholders tomorrow and all but lock the deal up. Microsoft is already paying a couple dollars extra a share, which is more than a fair price when you are dealing with millions of shares. I would really be suprised if they upped the ante on this one. Yahoo should just sell.

There is your top 5 guys, sorry it was short. Now I am offering the reverse view to that. The top 5 reasons the Wii will lose the console war. Enjoy.

#5) Nick And Disney (appeal)

I really do not think that selling games like "Hannah Montanna" or "Drake and Josh" will be very key in winning the console war. You can have all of the great first party games in the world, but if your pumping out Nick and Disney 3rd party games then the odds are you will lose the console war.

#4) Bad Online Play

A popular feature for game consoles these days is online capability. The Wii really does not offer much in the way of this. Of course you can vote in poles or give away your Mii's, but the online gameplay has scored the lowest rating out of all the next generation consoles. Online play is becoming almost a necessity in the console wars, the Wii will lose if it does not improve in this category.

#3) Graphic Capability

The Wii offers next generation gaming on last generations technology. The graphics of the Wii are less than stellar and are no where near the other two consoles (The PS3 and The XBOX360). Graphics may not make the game better but they sure as hell do make it a better experience.

#2) Lack Of 3rd Party Support

We all have began to anticipate games like GTA IV and it is sure to sell well. The Wii on the other hand offers no games like this, and the only thing they really have to offer is the first party games. Sure the Wii offers games like Guitar Hero, but that gets old quick.

#1) Controls

The one thing that makes the Wii so revolutionary could be its own downfall. The Wii has very wierd controls for a lot of its games, and you can expect to have to make an adjustment from previous consoles when you buy it. The Wii offers the risk of buying a game with really bad controls where as other consoles offer a similarity to past generations. People like familiarity.

There is your top 5. I hope you enjoyed my article and if you did you can bookmark it below. Selling consoles as fast as they can hit the shelves is one thing, but try doing it for as long as the Wii has. The console flat sells and no one will be denying that. The competition is as close as ever this year. So I will be breaking down the Top 5 reasons the Wii will win the console war.

#5) Advertising

If there is one thing you could point out that has made the Wii a hotcake it has got to be their advertising. Right after the Wii was launched Nintendo released a massive campaign all across your television, with ads that were provacative and appealed to the gamers sense of fun.

#4) The Possibilities

The innovasion that the Wii brings to the table is incredible, there is so many different things you can do with the console. People like versatility and the Wii certainly offers that. Its life is probably extended by all the different things Nintendo will be able to do with the thing.

#3) Target Audience

The Wii targets a lot of different types of people who prefer a lot of different types of games. Whether your 5 year old daughter is into Hannah montanna or your grandma likes to play brain teasers. The Wii offers it all, and to a lot of different people.

#2) First Party Originals

Like always there is those first party originals that make Nintendo such a great console to own. They offer games like Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. These games appeal to true gamers as well, people who know the industry. These exclusives are one of the biggest attractions for the Wii, and if the Wii could get the third party support it needs--look out.

#1) Fun

The Wii is a very fun console to play. Nintendo promised fun when they released the console and they followed through. People like "fun" and anything that is fun will likely sell better than things that are labeled otherwise. Sure you can have fun on other consoles, but not nearly as much as on a Wii. Even saying the word "Wii" is fun.

There is your top 5 reasons the Wii will win the console was, please check back later to read my follow-up article "The Top 5 Reasons The Wii Will Lose The Console War".
