The Top 5 Online Gaming Experiences

In a few of my more recent posts I have talked a lot about Online gaming and so I decided I would make a T5. The list will cover only the current online experiences available. So here is the Top 5 Online Gaming Experiences.

#5) PS2 Online(free)

Ok, I must admit the service is pretty much no good. Someone had to make the list though right? The service had a few games that were good online and even more that were not. It really has no balance, it is pretty much the game is great online or no good at all. This is why it found itself at the bottom of the list.

#4) Wii Online(free)

The service the Wii offers online is very original, but no where near the tops of the list. Whether you are messing with trading Mii's or you are just playing games it is a very reliable and stable service that has to be recognized by the general public. This service is free.

#3)PSN(free)

The Playstation Network gets better everyday especially with the much anticipated Home arriving very soon. This is an online service that can much make a challenge for the second spot on the list in the future with their consistent updates and good content. It may be middle of the pack but it is certainly outdoing its predecessor. This service is free.

#2) Xbox Live(paid gold)

This one goes without saying, it is at least second. Xbox Live offers great content whether your getting the latest map for your game or just an episode of your favorite tv show. Xbox Live also offers a great experience in game, if you have ever played Halo online you know what I am talking about.

#1) PC Online Gaming(free)

The number one on the list has to be PC gaming. It is just excellant in every form of the word. You can modify your game and then go play online with the mod, it just isn't as easy to do this on a console. The gameplay on PC is just amazing and it can be rivaled by non, you have to try it to believe it. Best of all, this service is absolutely free.

So there you go, the Top 5 online gaming experiences.

The Top 5 Letters in the Alphabet

I have decided my next feat would be to tackle what are the top 5 letters in the alphabet. I will discuss in great detail why I chose each letter and why they are so important. Also it does not matter wether we are talking lowercase or uppercase.

#5) The Letter W

The reason I chose w is because it is 2 v's and a double u. It is also used in a lot of name calling... which is amazing. (ie, weirdo, wacko, wimp) W is also one of those letters that are just used enough to be called a letter but not so little it is in q's or z's rank...

#4) The Letter X

I know what your thinking, X... you chose frikken X. Do not be fooled though, the x is amazing. Not only can you probably not come up with more than 5-10 X words, look at the thing... it looks like a shiruken! The letter X is also the universal variable, I can use x for anything!

#3) The Letter i

It defines the word awesome. Ever notice how that little dot just hangs there sitting against nothing, the letter i defies gravity. The letter i has hidden powers that the world must master in order to survive. Plus, L is gay and i is L only 1 billion times better because of its dot. Gravity defiance makes this one of the coolest letters there is!

#2) The Letter M

The letter M is pure awesome, if you look closely not only is it 2 times of N but its also got a V in the middle. M is a very commonly used letter that everyone loves. M is also a centralized letter, it is only 1 letter away from the middle. All of that makes M my #2 letter.

#1) The Letter T

This one was probably the easiest one to figure out. Just look at the title and half the words I used to get to this point, most contained a T. It is probably by a long ways the most used letter that is not a vowel. T is also in my first and last name a total of 4 times. There is a lot of great words that start with the letter T like transmit, and since T is the whore of the alphabet... so transmit as in sexually transmitted disease!Because T is like a disease. Seriously, just try to go a day without using it. If you do use it though I guarentee you will use it again! That is what makes T the #1 Letter in the Alphabet

The Top 5 Game consoles ever!

Ok so we ramble through this all the time, what is the greatest... if that's the greatest than what the hell does that make this one. So what, we have done it before, we will absolutely do it again. So I will voyage out and attempt this feat. Please note that I have not in fact played every piece of hardware ever made and that this list only reflects the views of the writer.

We will start at the top, because that is all you care about anyways right?

1) THE ATARI 2600!

I know half of you do not even remember the thing so I did the work of wikipedia-ing it. Here

Ok so your probably wondering what I am on by now, that's ok though. I was also am wondering, but I have decided it's for the best. You see, the Atari changed the world! In 1975 Atari released the Atari 2600, possibly the greatest system ever. Here is why I believe it is the greatest sytem ever.

Ok as a child when you were born into the US you were guarenteed two things in life, 1. taxes and 2. The Atari 2600. Everyone had one and a copy of pong. It was great for the games industry, as Atari made money others companies invested. As more and mroe companies got involved the larger the scale of the business and the more likely other companies would par-take. Sure the Atari 2600 didn't have the best games of all time, sure it wasn't the most long term system, and sure it wasn't the most fun to play. Without it though... we probably wouldn't have a games industry anything near what we have. That is why it is the greatest game console ever!

Here is the Rest of my top five with a brief descripition of why!

2) The Nintendo

For obvious reasons the original Nintendo comes in second place and is arguably the greatest console of all time, it had great games and was a load of fun. After ET for Atari it was looking grim in the gaming world, but then came the Nintendo which gave us hope. Please note that ET was also released for the Nintendo.

3) The Sony Playstation 2

Ok this one is a no-brainer. This was probably the easiest console to justify in position, not as important as the Nintendo or Atari 2600 but much more important than the others. Look at the statistics, this thing is shattering... no, obliterating the sales records. The console still sells as good as any other console ,except for the Wii, today.

4) The Sony Playstation

It is getting a little harder now, but this one just seemed to fit. Looking back to the times of the original Playstation there were only a few systems that had ever used CD's at launch. The graphics were above par for its time and due to little competition it succeeded.

5) The Dreamcast

This one is subject to the msot controversy since most of you have never seen one, let alone played it. Short and simple, some of the best games ever and online capability...

So thats it, let the flamming begin. The best game machine is actually the PC in my opinion, especially if you know how to modify the games!
