This section will feature games that are set out to be released at any point during 2008 (even games that have already been released this year). This section will consist of what I like to call "anticipation posts", these posts will list out the "top 5" just like normal and will include one "what to look for" item. We make these posts in order to try and anticipate the best of something for a year, in this case it will be video games. At the end of the year we will revisit this post and make the correction as needed to see what turned out to be the best games of the year. Enjoy.

#5) Gears Of War 2

With gears of war coming out in late 08' you cannot help but believe it will be one of the most hyped games of 08'. The original Gears of War is considered one of the best games of the current console war and ended up winning numerous game awards such as "console game of the year" and overall game of the year at the 2007 interactive achievement awards. The people will be backed up for blocks on release night and will be camping out days in advance.
